A Year-End Note from the OneAM Founders

Reflecting on a Year of Building and Learning
As 2025 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on what this past year has meant for OneAM, and to say thank you to the community that has made it possible.
OneAM was built to serve small and midsized businesses (SMBs). These businesses often operate in complex and volatile environments, while managing long payment terms with limited control over when and how they get paid. Witnessing how business owners continue to navigate these challenges has reinforced why we started OneAM in the first place: to give businesses control, independence, and resilience.
This year marked an important milestone in our journey. In October, we closed our $4.7 million seed round, which allowed us to invest more deeply in our product, our team, and our customers who trust us with a crucial part of their business: cash flow. This milestone was validation that the problem we are solving is real, and worth solving the right way.
We are especially grateful to the businesses who partnered with us early, shared candid feedback, and helped shape our roadmap. Your real-world operating needs continue to guide us in how we think about transparency, flexibility, and control in the B2B financing space.
Looking Ahead
As we head into 2026, our focus remains clear:
Building a solution that gives businesses greater control over their cash flow
Delivering a simple, transparent, and reliable experience
Continuing to expand our network of capital providers equipped to efficiently provide fairly priced financing
We believe that the future of B2B payments should work for the businesses who are doing the work. We are excited to keep building toward that future.
